Received a bill for services because they did not bill my primary insurance properly. Blue Cross rep on the phone with me trying to reach them for almost 90 minutes and they dont answer the call. Called corporate office number and 30 minutes later no one answers and then it disconnects.
Medical care received has been good but terrible customer service if there is any billing or insurance coverage issue.
Previously they lost one of my payments ( received a bill after the NP said it was covered in full ) and I was able to reach someone who told me not to worry as sometimes it takes weeks for a payment to be confirmed, then they sent it to collections.
