We signed in online.When we got to the minute clinic in Simpsonville SC.

it would not take our code, so every single other person that came in for over 3 hours and signed in got put ahead of us, because the Kiosk said we were " not arrived " and we had been here for hours !! And, the nurse practitioner on August the 25th 2017 was the RUDEST AND MOST HATEFUL EVER !! You do not do people like she done us and as a patient was shutting the door to her office she was still SCREAMING AT ME !!!!

All I was trying to do is get her to understand what was happening.NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME BACK HERE !!!!!

You can't just hold your place in line all freaking day.You waited over 3 hours and your code expired.

The provider isn't just going to wait forever for you to show up.

Complaint dismissed.Please don't ever return.

Lol!From the tone of your post, I am quite certain the nurse practitioner was never "SCREAMING" at you, but rather that situation was reversed.

Furthermore if you had bothered to read the instructions when you signed in from home, you would know that your appointment code is only valid for a certain amount of time.

If the code does not work, then you did not arrive on time.

YOUR FAULT.Sign in and wait like all the other walkins.
