Minute Clinic - Incompetent and Rude - go to Walgreens instead
Signed in at kiosk at 11:30am for a flu shot. 75 minute wait.
Came back at 12:36pm, waitlist screens says 44 minutes. Instead of leaving and coming back I walk around CVS. At 1:05pm get the text notification that my appointment is coming up in 15minutes. Continue walking around CVS.
Door to clinic opens and I run over but some guy is talking with the NP. According to the wait list it's my turn. NP takes his wife and then in talking with him realizes he hasn't checked in.NP completely ignores me. I wait around while his wife is being seen.
After his wife comes out, she tells me and the guy she hasn't taken lunch and after seeing him it'll be 50 minutes. I tell her I was already checked in before guy and his wife. NP says I wasn't there even though I read guy's prescription to know he wasn't checked in before me!! NP then says she hasn't take lunch.
Another patient comes by because she got her 15 minute text,NP tells new patient it's now 50 minute wait and when new patient asked why she just slams the door. 2 hour wait and no flu shot.
RUDE, lying, incompetent. Walgreens won my business- in and out in under 5 minutes.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

You make no sense. Was the NP male or female?
First you refer to the NP as โhimโ and state that he was seeing his โwifeโ ... and at the end of your sordid tale, the NP suddenly becomes a โsheโ ...
Also just how did your nosy eyes look at another personโs prescription as you claim?
Minute Clinic electronically prescribes all medications โ they do not even HAVE prescription pads.
At any rate, you shouldโve been sitting by the clinic to hear your name when it was called. If youโre not present, you are removed from the waitlist.
