Made an online appointment, he had no body in the room and I waited way passed my appointment time and the monitor said 46 minute wait!!!! I don’t understand, what’s the point of online appointment scheduling!? 5/21 maybe he shouldn’t be working in what is supposed to be a much quicker service than regular urgent care!

Maybe you had to wait because there was someone ahead of you in line, and the practitioner is required to allow that person a certain number of minutes to arrive before he just "takes the next person." Did you happen to notice that the wait time you are given says "ESTIMATED" in big red letters above it? This means you may end up waiting longer, or shorter, than the time you were assigned when making your appointment.

Instead of blaming the practitioner, why not blame the patients who make appointments but do not show up on time, or at all. Or patients that show up and expect the practitioner to address 10+ health concerns all in a 20 minute window. (Not possible!) And fyi ...

MinuteClinic is just a name. It is not supposed to be "faster," i.e., you are not going to be seen within a minute.
