They did not bill our visit correctly and our invoice was incorrect as a result. I tired the number on the invoice three times, first time on hold 18 minutes, second time 22 minutes third time I called at 9am when they first open and was on hold over 18 minutes.

Call the pharmacy, no help. I looked up the complaints number and....on hold forever yet again. The invoice list a phone number that doesn't get answered but It tells you multiple time how to PAY! I have a simple solution to have a correct invoice and amount to be billed but cannot get AMYONE on the phone???

High prices now coupled with bad service. I'm gone.

The pharmacy has nothing to do with MC. Stop bothering the pharmacy and learn some patience and wait your turn on hold. When you call other customer service numbers you have no wait time???


Quit hanging up and WAIT til they answer! Didn't you ever learn how to wait your turn?

Or do you think by calling back over and over your call will be taken first? Smh
