Schedule appointment- arrived in time and checked in on time. On waiting board to be next patient and she took back the patient who was scheduled behind me. Thank goodness I took a photo to prove it. Already running over 30 minutes behind before she did this

Well let's see … is it possible that the patient in line after you had a more serious condition that warranted to be seen ahead of you? That's how things are typically done in medical offices.

Nothing about your symptoms indicates a bacterial infection. No healthcare provider would ever tell you that’s what you had based on your description.

You had a classic case of nasopharyngitis. You do NOT need antibiotics.

Take the Mucinex and keep your mouth shut. Doctor shopping and antibiotic seeking will not benefit you.

Nurse practitioners denied my son antibiotics because he thought they were over prescribed called corporate to complain they did nothing but make us wait. All *** never going back!!!!!

The nurse doesn’t have to listen to you. She is the one who holds the medical knowledge and authority to write prescriptions.

If you knew so much and were so smart, you’d be able to write your own prescriptions which of course you cannot. So sit down and shut your pie hole and listen to someone who actually knows what is going on medically for once.

LOL! “If anything happens to our kids ...” Love the not so subtle threat there.

You must realize, however, that no provider or clinic is under any obligation to treat you or your spawn simply because you “signed in.” Might want to brush up in your legal knowledge there, buddy. Excellent laugh though and for that I thank you!

We registers for an appointment 24 hours in advance. The appointment was forn11:20am. We arrived at 11:10am and were next in line. The nurse came out and took Simone else. We told her we were next. She said “good luck” with the appointment. She was behind and the scheduling did not matter.

Omg!! You had to WAIT a few minutes past your "appointment" because the doctor was running behind???
