Made an appointment, received a text saying to be there in 30 minutes.
Arrived in time, system would not take my arrival information. 20 minutes after my appoint was to start the first human appeared, said I had to make a new appointment because mine had passed and wait another 2 hours...
What a mess. What a joke of a system. And who can you complain to? Only the haggard, overworked Minute Clinic attendee that does not understand how to work the sign in machine.
Would seem to be another business set up to suck money out of the healthcare system. Just what we all needed.
