New ReviewerBrought my school age kid to get a flu shot. The information stated that Nurse at lunch, so I proceeded to fill out the form with the hope that in 30 min everything will be taken care of (according to their screen).
While I am filling out the form, nurse comes out and takes the lady who sat there. She looked at me and my child and said nothing. After 20 minutes or so, she comes out and tells me she is going to a lunch break now. She is late for the break afforded to her by the law.
I do not have an issue with her taking the break nor the law, I do have an issue with her not letting me know not to wait.
I wasted 50 minutes waiting for her to tell me, that she will not give my son the flu shot. No apology was issued.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Why does she need to TELL you not to wait? Common sense would dictate that if she is just now leaving for lunch, she will be gone at least an hour.
You could've left and come back in an hour. Or, you could've verified the clinic hours BEFORE showing up so that you would not arrive during the mandatory lunch break.
She did not "apologize" because there was no need to. Why should she apologize for your stupidity and lack of planning?
The log said that she was already at lunch. She came out from her office and took a person.
One would think that the lunch was over.
She needs to TELL ME - because I am a paying customer. NOT only I am NEVER going back, but telling quite a few people I know to avoid that place as plague.
Business lost CUSTOMERS i.e. $$$ because she did not have basic customer service comprehension.
Maybe because most doctors no longer stock vaccines and TELL YOU TO GO TO MINUTE CLINIC..
Why go to CVS or any pharmacy for a simple flu shot? Just go to your family physician, who will usually allow you to just walk in, get the shot from a nurse and leave?
